Some mothers simply appreciate anything that their offspring may give them and so buying flowers with a free shipping promotion would seem like a reasonable solution. However, we then must look at who we are buying from. Is the company reputable, the mothers day verses are they a local, national or international brand and do we trust that brand? Most delivery services give their guarantees on their web pages and so I suggest that you look there. Also if they are a national or international brand they have a reputation to uphold.
