Can Anybody Recommend a Decent Monterey Web Design Company?

I am looking for any recommendations of Monterey web design companies so I can get that going. I want a web designer that can make my website look attractive but simple. I do not want a whole bunch of graphics on it or animations. I just want it to look clean. I have come across several web design companies when I do local searches and I see that some of the web companies have ugly looking web sites. I am definitely going to judge them by the way their website looks because it reflects the kind of work they are going to do for me.
