How the right assistant prevented me from logging several customer complaints

Yesterday before I had my dinner I called up the brokerage where I keep most of my assets. There were some changes I wanted to make to one of my mutual funds and I couldn’t seem to get a hold of anyone that could help. It was very frustrating and I was put on hold numerous times. Finally I asked the next person that picked up the phone where I could file some customer complaints. She was very nice and calmed me down. Over the period of several minutes she walked me through the process that I needed to be shown. I wish all the employees were like her.
