If you have the opportunity to start a restaurant, you must really consider all of the work that is involved, not only during the start-up process, but also once you open your doors. You will have to pass city inspections in order to retain your license to prepare and serve food. There are specific guidelines that you and your workers must follow. Even the employees who are not preparing the food must wear the proper clothing and shoes according to regulations. Also, you want to make sure that you can establish good relationships with all of your vendors to maintain the ingredients needed to prepare your meals.
