The 59 series of DVLA number plates will be available shortly. They can be viewed now but cannot be bought until June 2nd 2009. Traditionally their is a rush to buy new releases but the number 59 is not an easy number to work into a name or word when looking for a registration number. In the past numbers like GE06 RGE would sell immediately but somehow GE59 RGE does not look the part. This added to the fact that new car sales are down by such a massive amount may mean sales are going to be slow. Time will tell.
