My Friend Does Paralegal Work

When we were graduating from high school, my friend and I considered becoming paralegals. She did, and I didn’t. That is a decision I regret. Anyhow, she assists the attorneys with their work. She does research in the PA court records at the county courthouse in order to make sure the lawyers have accurate information when they go to court. She also writes reports, contracts and keeps track of all of the documents needed for each case.  She has been a paralegal for about ten years now. She said that it is really an interesting career, and she is glad that she chose it.

Last week my roommate told me that he wants to get into a new line of work. He has been working as a truck driver for a local company.
