Low GI diet and some maximuscle Cyclone for me

February 10, 2009 on 6:41 pm | By | In Sports

I was 3 and a half months into leaning up when I had the accident, got down to 13 stone 1 hence the cycling to and from work but kept nearly all my strength due to the slow progress. Training is still going ok but obviously hindered. I am looking for the info on the supps in advance to get back on track a.s.a.p for when cardio is once again an option. I do not have much time for low carb as I do not do shows and have no need to hit a certain time frame.

Going high protein and low G.I for improved insulin control thus keeping things ticking over and saving simple sugars for the energy at workout time (pre and post). I am thinking about maximuscle cyclone as an all round product. Has to be said though that other peoples advice and methods r always good to know!

Should Women Have a Trainer to Use Weights?

February 1, 2009 on 6:22 am | By | In Sports

Many women who are interested in Weight Training for Women think that they have to have Mr. Universe for a trainer in order to use weights. However, if you are serious about weight training, all you really need is a workout training plan. Just in case you think you will end up looking like one of the bodybuilding women you see on television, you needn’t worry about that. Weight training will actually help to bring out the natural feminine curve in your body. Your body weight may not change, but since muscle actually weighs more than fat, that would be good news!

England Retro Shirt: The Ideal Gift

January 20, 2009 on 11:14 am | By | In Sports

I was delighted when my sister married a happy-go-lucky Englishman who fit into our family like a glove, even though we’re American.  The only problem was that I didn’t know that much about what he liked, so I was always guessing when I gave him a gift.  The only thing I knew for sure was that he really enjoyed English football.

For his last birthday I was determined to get something he’d love and searched online.  I found a website that sold English sports gear and bought him an England Retro Shirt.  He was delighted with the shirt and actually wore it to a game when he went home for a visit.

January 19, 2009 on 8:12 pm | By | In Sports

When you’re riding an ATV,  you’ll ride better when you feel confident. ATV riding gear can raise your confidence because you understand you look great and you’re well protected. When your riding buddies wear something similar, a bond will form that will help launch a long-term friendship.

Eyewear is an vital accessory to wear. it’s up to you to wear ATV goggles to help block out stray debris and the winds. If you don’t, your eyes may water or worse. Wrap-around style or goggles are very nice to have. Good tinting helps you avoid being blinded by the sun. Clear goggles or glasses are best for night riding.

Quality In Commercial Pool Tables

January 13, 2009 on 1:16 pm | By | In Sports

Commercial pool tables are amongst the best pool tables you can buy.  Sadly, they also number amongst the most expensive, second only to luxury pool tables that carry hefty price tags that are in the same category of a small house.

However, commercial pool tables are easily one of the best buys for the serious player.  These pool tables tend to last longer and provide better gameplay than the average home hobby table.  If you want to seriously improve your game skill or play on the best tables in the market, then you should consider nothing less than a real commercial table.

Getting My Bicycle In Order

January 6, 2009 on 6:17 pm | By | In Sports

The summer months are approaching and that means only one thing for me.  That means that it’s time to get my bike out, buy all the Bicycle Parts I need for the riding season.  Last year I decided that I wanted to do more with my life.  I have a wife and kids, and a job and all that.  However, I didn’t have any kind of hobby that I could look forward to doing.  I had nothing to push myself personally to the limits.  I decided to take up biking as a way of exercising but it eventually turned into much more.

I need an air rifle

December 26, 2008 on 8:18 am | By | In Sports

I have an air gun and have had a lot of fun with it. My friends and I have been talking about whether or not to get an air rifle as well. We’ve been looking around to see what is available and are looking for other people’s opinions and experiences with different brands. If you have any experience with one that you really liked or didn’t like we’d love to hear. We’re saving up our money and should be able to buy one in a month or so.

The weight loss program my wife and I are buying.

December 20, 2008 on 8:11 am | By | In Sports

I was online last night looking at ways to lose weight and get into better shape. My wife encouraged me in this endeavor as she wanted to lose some weight as well. I went online and started searching for ways for us to achieve our goals. I found a Turbulence Training Review and was captivated. I read about the program and was excited about building more muscle while burning fat tissue. I also like the low cost of the program. I read further and found some testimonials from satisfied customers. I told my wife about this program and she wants to buy it.

Scott Meyer

December 15, 2008 on 1:18 pm | By | In Sports

I will fight him one-handed!  Now the enemy warriors run around wildly, laughing and hooting.  Anything to steady their drooping knees.  You don’t hear them.  You don’t see them.  They are a noise that will soon be lost in the wind.”    Scott Meyer walked the breadth of the recruits, talking about the confidence Roman soldiers had, knowing a third of their troops were behind them, defending stockade walls in case of retreat.  He reminded them they fought only twenty minutes before fresh troops took their place.  He added as if an afterthought:  “Even good barbarians grow tired … I know.”
