Get in Shape at the Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp

I thought I was in good shape until I joined a different fitness center.  I have been running and doing cardio on a regular basis for the last five years.  I was at a healthy weight for my age and body type, but I found out there was room for improvement.  When I went with a friend to the Indianapolis Downtown Boot Camp as a guest, I had a blast.  I decided to join because the sessions were really fun.  I have lost two dress sizes because I’ve gotten really firm, and I’ve lowered my body fat ratio.  This is amazing.
