Playing Baseball and Not Exercising

I really wanted to go exercise with him because he knows a lot about fitness. He doesn’t teach me the abdominal exercises that are useless, but instead the exercises that really work. He has taught me many things about fitness that I won’t forget.
So I guess that I will just have to go to the gym by myself. I didn’t wanted to alone because I don’t like it all. However, I will go today by myself.
