Should I use anti wrinkle lotion?

I really don’t like the idea of getting wrinkles, so I was thinking that it might be a good idea to use anti wrinkle lotion to start combating this process. Will anti wrinkle lotion really keep me from getting more wrinkles, or does it just make the wrinkles a little bit less noticeable? How exactly does anti wrinkle lotion work? I really want to minimize any wrinkles that I may have, and if possible prevent more from coming. Which is the best anti wrinkle lotion for this?
