A Stratford Cape

I like this house a lot as it has everything that I think I could need. It’s a no frills home. Except for maybe the pool.
This cape needs a bit of remodeling but that’s perfect for me. It’s move in tomorrow condition but could use some paint and cabinets. Instant equity as far as I am concerned.
The price is right for the neighbor as well. I think that it could be had for a bit less than asking price if a competitive market analysis was done.
