Building your own home

You get to put your own personal stamp on the house and make it truly unique and suited to your individual taste. After looking through some post and beam house plans, I have decided that is the way to go for my house. I have always loved the look of exposed beams in homes, and the feel that having all of that wood around gives you. It’s really all up to personal taste, so it may not suit everyone. That’s the great thing about building your own home though. It doesn’t have to suit everyone, just you.
