The secret to a crowd pleaser is to dig into the Chocolate Recipes. I have found that most people do enjoy a chocolate dessert and it will even hit the spot for the most picky person. The classic is the chocolate cake, but you can get really fancy with that by adding some berries and whipped cream. Another simple favorite is a light and fluffy mousse. Most people enjoy this because it goes down light and doesn’t weigh heavy in your stomach all afternoon. As long as it’s paired with some whipped cream.
