We all try to chip in and do our part although it keeps us all quite busy. My husband and I are currently in charge of remodeling a few of our newer properties to get them ready for tenants. One of the properties is a duplex and we are needing to do work in both units. We will be painting, replacing floors, updating bathrooms, and remodeling the kitchens. I have found the perfect small kitchen designs online that will work for both units. Now, we just need to get started so we can get the space rented.
