Searching for Advice on How to Get Your Ex Back Fast

I thought that it was just a little spat and that things would go back to normal. However, they never did. I now realize that my girlfriend is the type to hold a grudge. I am searching for advice on how to get your ex back fast. I really miss her and want to fix things. I have been thinking about calling her but I would not know what to say or what to do. I am hoping to find some tips and advice on the Internet from other people who have been through this.
