The Price of Gold Has Us Ready to Buy

Our son is nearing his high school graduation.  He has already decided that he will be attending the university in our city.  I am very pleased with this decision since I wasn’t prepared yet for him moving far away.  He has been awarded an academic scholarship that will pay for his tuition and housing so he will be living on campus in a dorm.  We have been saving very aggressively for many years to pay for his tuition but that is no longer a necessity.  We are thinking that with the price of gold being what it is we will buy gold with this money and give it to him for a graduation gift.  He can hold on to it if he likes and wait for the price to go up before selling it.
