We Took Care Of Home Repairs With Our Loan

I needed to fix several things on the house, but we were cash poor because of putting earnest money down on the new house. Our real estate agent told us that we could probably get a $5000 loan with bad credit, and we applied. The money allowed us to take care of some repairs and updates, and when we put our house on the market it was sold within the week! It was wonderful to be able to sell the house quickly!
