Now is the Time to Buy a New Home

During the recent housing crisis, I have seen so many of my friends succumb to grief.  For example, I have a friend who is so financially overwhelmed with his mortgage payment each month that his marriage is adversely affected.  This is no way to live.  I would rather live simpler in a plain house than go for a fancy house that proved to be a burden.  But what about people like me who have solid jobs, who didn’t get overwhelmed with a mortgage they couldn’t handle?  This is a really great time to buy a new home.
