Vegetables Help in Battle to Lose Stomach Fat

When the weather is nice and warm many of us like to eat salads. Now, vegetables are ideal if we want to Lose Stomach Fat. The reason is that most are very low in fat, and contain few calories. Many fruits and vegetables are also rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C. Tomatoes are wonderful because they keep free radicals down. They contain lycopene, an antioxidant that attacks roaming oxygen molecules, known as free radicals, and free radicals have been shown to speed up aging as they attack cells. Apart from the health aspects, vegetables in the main are delicious, even sprouts which some children aren’t too keen on. Diet is very important to keeping our body in shape.
